Limited Edition Japanese DVD's

The picture above is an example of the Limited Edition Kiddy Grade DVD package for Volume 2 Lumiere. This pack features a collector's card, booklet, DVD, continuity file and a metal address book with the G.O.T.T logo on the front. In the interests of keeping the graphics to a minimum, I will use photos depicting more than one set.
Certain editions came with boxes to hold the set, as well as extra booklets or trinkets. (See list below)
Below is a picture of the complete collection. On the right are 3 extras that were only available via mail order, the first is a box that houses the entire collection, the second is the 13th continuity file titled EX and the final is a little booklet titled Secret Affair.
The majority of these collection are now out of print and therefore I will not be providing links for purchase, I will however provide a list of Catalog numbers and release dates for reference purposes:
